Protein Banana Flapjack Recipe

Apply some grease or use parchment paper to line an 8 8 baking pan combine the maple syrup nut butter and milk in a mixing bowl mix to combine toss in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined put the batter in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it starts to turn a little brown

Preheat the oven combine wet ingredients first i preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit 176 degrees celsius then i put the nut butter maple syrup vanilla and coconut oil into a medium saucepan over medium low heat and stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined
