It’s hot out, we’ve been at the pool for a few hours, or sitting outside watching the kids play in the yard or in the park…or we’re running late from work or rushing home from an appointment…and we just don’t feel up to cooking a meal for our families. I have the perfect solution! This one is a hit in our house, and it will be in yours too. It was inspired by my friend Devorah, who always loved to order this when we went out to eat in the country (and probably still does). It also solves my “not-in-the-mood-to-cook” issue big time! Though I like it with these veggies, you can use different ones to suit the picky eaters.
Cobb Salad Panini Recipe
1. Spread the shredded cheese on each wrap. Then top with the spinach, mushrooms, red onion, and Italian seasoning. Fold the filled wrap in half.
2. Place in a panini maker or sandwich maker. Close and let cook for three to five minutes, depending on how well-done you like it. Enjoy!

It’s an exciting and note-worthy find in the world of all natural, kosher sliced cheeses.
It’s creamy, meltable and boldly infused with flecks of green herbs and mellow roasted garlic. The flavors are so perfect together that I would be happy to alternate bites of ripe summer tomatoes with nibbles of this savory cheese.
For an easy summer sandwich, I bought the freshest Italian bread I could find and grilled this full-flavored cheese with crispy panko coated eggplant slices ( how-to directions below) and my favorite red pepper spread.*

Pastrami And Cheese Panini Is In A New York State Of Mind
Sincerely Brigitte all natural kosher cheeses come in an array of flavors that make them perfectly delicious on their own. But I love to combine them with other ingredients for panini that are a little extra special.
Rinse and pat dry eggplant. Slice a thin bit off of one side, giving the eggplant a flat side to make it easier to cut.
Slice eggplant the long way, into ¼ slabs. Place slabs on a large plate and dab any moisture with a paper towel.
Pressed Portobello Panini
Set up dipping station so that you dip each eggplant slice into egg white, then panko and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping slices mid-way so that both sides are golden. If you find that the slices are not golden when you’re ready to flip first side, give the second side a good spritz of cooking spray.

Spread 2-3 Tb. prepared red pepper spread on each slice of bread. Layer 2-3 slices of crispy eggplant and 3 slices of Sincerely Brigitte Garlic Basil cheese on one side.
Red Onion And Avocado Panini
You will have leftover eggplant if you are only making 2 sandwiches. Consider cutting the baked slices into spears (approximately) and throwing them back in the oven for more crisping time after you give them another spritz of oil. Ecco! You’ve got eggplant fries.Skill'it Competition Show Shabbat Schmooze with Charlene Nitza, Naturally Trends to Try with Shushy Easy Does It With Esty Wolbe Sunny Side Up with Naomi Nachman Living Full 'n Free with Rorie Weisberg BHIS with Yussi Weisz Shortcuts by Family Table New Leaf with Marla Rottenstreich Supper, Again? Mushroom And Manchego Panini Recipe
1. Heat 2-3 Tbs of oil in pan, add sliced onions. Add a sprinkle of salt to the onions while sautéing. When onions are almost ready add one garlic cube and 2 tsp of sugar.

1. Dredge the cutlets first into the egg, then the crumbs. Place on a greased baking pan and spray the top of the chicken well with oil spray. Bake on 375 F for 20-25 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan. While it’s heating up, mix the brown sugar, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. It should be a pasty consistency. When the pan is hot, lay the pastrami and corned beef down in a single layer. It will take a couple of rounds to finish grilling all the meat. After one minute, turn the meat over. Working quickly, smear the brown sugar mixture over the pieces of meat (only on the top layer that’s already grilled). The sugar will quickly melt. After a minute take the meat off the pan, continue in the same way with the rest of the pieces of pastrami and corned beef.
Tuna Melt Sandwich
1. Smear the dressing on both sides of the sliced Italian or club bread. Place lots of caramelized onions onto the bread. Next, add lettuce and tomatoes. Place some slices of the crispy pastrami and corned beef on top of the lettuce. Slice up the crispy cutlets into strips and add to your sandwich. Add more lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Drizzle some more dressing.
2. Your sandwich is ready, but for an extra delicious crunchy sandwich heat your grill pan again. If you have a Fleishig panini maker that works too. Grill the sandwich till golden grill marks appear on bread.
