Sometimes a low-carb diabetic dessert that doesn’t mess up your blood sugar is a better option, and, luckily, there are plenty of delicious low-carb dessert recipes to choose from.
This is a list of some of my favorite low-carb diabetic desserts that will satisfy your need for sweet, gooey, and chocolaty goodness!

If you are anything like me, you probably like most of your desserts to be sweet. Savory desserts can be awesome as well, but it’s hard to beat a sweet dessert to end a great meal.

Most recipes can be converted to a good diabetic dessert by substituting appropriate ingredients such as coconut flour or almond flour and a natural sweetener like stevia, monk fruit and erythritol.
The following diabetic brownie recipe uses coconut flour. When cooking with coconut flour it is important to note that it absorbs much more liquid than all purpose flour.

Mixing the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another bowl, the two are then mixed together and chocolate chips and nut (which are optional but delicious) are stirred in.
Pour the batter into a pan and bake. Making the delicious topping is also super quick and easy and voila - you have delicious brownies!
